Sky Planners by default is showing you flight results for all available carriers. If you wish to choose specific airline, you can use an ‘AIRLINE FILTER’. Move the cursor to the arrow marker and select the desired airline. 9. If you wish to see the results for flights only for specific hours, by using the ‘TAKE OFF-LANDING’ slider, you can easily specify times of your flight. 10. If you wish to see the results for flights only with specific flight duration limit, by using the ‘MAX FLIGHT DURATION’ slider, you can easily specify a maximum duration of your flight. 11. Check the number of results/flights found by our system according to previously specified parameters and… 12. …go through all flight information like: price, discount, carrier, fight duration, departure and arrival times and class. 13. If you have finished customising your search results according to your requirements, choose a flight that suits you the most and click the ‘BOOK’ button, which will take you to the live booking page.

Extra baggage is a baggage that exceeds the allowed quantity, weight or size limit. The average allowed weight of baggage is 15 kg – 20 kg. Note: Excess of the maximum weight of the load will be charged according to the airline policies.
For AirAsia (specifically domestic route), passengers are allowed to take up to 15 kg of checked-in baggage. For other operators, there is no free allowances for checked baggage, so the passengers don’t need to pay extra fee .
If you can’t find your baggage at the baggage dock, please go to “Lost and found” airport counter in order to report it. To avoid losing your baggage we encourage you to attach nametag, address and telephone number, as this would be very helpful for identification.
