Poovar is an island resort located in Trivandrum, which falls in the district of Kerala. Arrive in Cochin

Sightseeing in Munnar

Sightseeing in Munnar
Enjoy a delicious breakfast and spend another day exploring this fascinating destination. Pay a visit to the Nyayamakad Waterfalls, which is an ideal place to indulge in activities like trekking and trout fishing. This fall at a height of 1600 m serves as an ideal picnic spot. Another prominent attraction in this place is Anamudi, which is South India's highest mountain with a height of approximately 2695 m.
Later, visit the Eravikulam National Park, which is spread over an area of 97 sq km. Some of the endangered species, including Nilgiri Marten, Ruddy Mongoose and Mountain Goats are found here.
After visiting all these places, proceed towards the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.
Drive from Munnar to Thekkady
Soon after relishing a mouth-watering breakfast, proceed towards Thekkady. This place is the home to the Periyar National Park, which is spread over an area of 925 sq km. Scenic beauty and rich bio-diversity of this park attracts thousands of tourists every year, especially wildlife enthusiasts. A beautiful artificial lake in this park adds to its beauty.
